At Proper and Key, we want to do what we can to get you the fit you want. Sometimes the fit may not be perfect on the first try. This is why we offer one free shirt per customer. A second remake, if needed, can be done at 50% off.

All remakes must be requested by completing the online remake form within 90 days of the order date. Once we receive and review the remake form, we will contact you with confirmation. The original shirt must be shipped to Proper and Key for all remakes. We will email you a return shipping label for up to two remakes. Shipping on any further remakes will be the responsibility of the customer.

Remakes require at least one adjustment of 1/2 an inch or more to the measurements to be eligible for free or discounted remakes.

* All shirts sent to Proper and Key for remakes or returns must be in good condition, with no visible signs of wear and tear. Proper and Key reserves the right to deny additional purchases from any customer deemed to be abusing the return and or remake policy.

Customers may return one shirt for a full refund back to the credit or debit card used to pay for that shirt. Any further returns will be issued store credit with Proper and Key for future purchases.

Shirts purchased with cryptocurrency will only be eligible to receive refunds issued as store credit with Proper and Key.
