Order ID numbers can be found in the Order History section of the My Account page.
Only one shirt per customer may be returned for a refund back to the credit / debit card used to make the purchase. Further returns will be refunded Proper and Key store credit. Shirts purchased with cryptocurrency can only be returned for Proper and Key store credit.
