HOW DO I ORDER MULTIPLE OF THE SAME SHIRT?
You can do this by clicking on the small + and - buttons on the right side of each shirt listed in your cart. Click the + button until it shows your desired quantity.
How long will it take me to receive ordered shirts?
It typically takes 3 to 5 weeks from when you place the order to receive your shirts. Fabric availability and production volume can affect this timeline.
I FOUND A FABRIC I REALLY LIKED BUT I CAN’T FIND IT ANYMORE. WHERE DID IT GO?
The first thing to do would be to check the other collections. Each collection contains different fabrics. The fabric you are looking for could be under a different one.
It is also possible the fabric is out of stock. We may be waiting to receive more from the fabric mill or it is possible the fabric mill canceled further production of that fabric.
CAN I USE MY SHIRT MEASUREMENTS AND BODY MEASUREMENTS INTERCHANGEABLY OR AT THE SAME TIME?
No. Shirt measurements and body measurements will typically be different. The shirt will fit over your body and will need to have room to allow for movement. Depending on how you like your fit, some measurements could be similar or very different.
DO I HAVE TO GO THROUGH AND SELECT EVERY OPTION FOR THE SHIRT?
Every option type will have defaults selected, so you could skip through as many as you like and leave them as the default.
What are your remake policies?
The first remake is on us. We will work with you to make sure you get the shirt you want. If the shirt is not fitting correctly then fill out our remake form and send in your shirt within 60 days from the day the order was processed.
Do you accept returns?
The first return can be refunded back to your card or for store credit. Further returns are for store credit only. Returns must be made within 60 days of the order being processed.
There’s something wrong with my shirt
If you received your shirt and there is a problem with it please let us know by emailing us at support@properandkey.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
